Responsibilities

Deliver an engaging and differentiated curriculum tailored to the individual needs of gifted and 2e students.

Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic excellence, creativity, and social-emotional growth.

Utilize innovative teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

Provide ongoing assessment and feedback to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.

Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and acceptance where all students feel valued and supported.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in elementary education, with a focus on special education and/or gifted education.

Experience working with twice-exceptional (2e) students

Strong understanding of best practices in special education and differentiated instruction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and specialists.

Commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.
